Now What?

I left L.A. feeling like I could stay another month, but I’ve been ready to leave San Fran since last night. over a week of tourism straight wears on you, but I feel like we have too little time left here to take a day and just chill at the apartment. Whatever: I’m outta here at noon on Friday, so it’s soon a moot point. Got random sights seen today: Chinatown’s hole-in-the-wall fortune cookie factory, Lombard St. (= “crookedest street in the world”), riding a trolley, and Castro District’s uber-gayness, in which the standard was homosexuality and we got scared and left when a coffee shop guy called us good-looking. All this is interesting but getting old; I’m about ready to head back east for a bit.
